PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & SERVICE COST                         
Be assured that your property here in Mojacar, Costa Almeria, Spain is secure and in safe hands while you are away. We provide a professional property management service.

We will also clean your property and supply fresh laundry.
We naturally assume that people will leave the accommodation reasonably clean, and therefore not carry out an after clean unless necessary, or requested to do so.

Welcome packs.

Welcome packs are purchased, and placed in the property on the day of arrival upon request only, 
A standard pack consists of ten items, water, fruit juice, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, jam, butter, eggs, and toilet rolls.

Service accounts.

In the event that you’re direct debits are not paid by your bank on time, and the water or electricity are cut off, we will go to the appropriate authority, pay the account, and arrange for the reconnection.
Regrettably, it is not possible to calculate the exact amount of time that is spent with the Sevillana or Galasa companies, there for the cost is calculated on an average amount of time spent in Vera, plus the cost of fuel.
Cost per visit 12.10 Euros.

Repairs.

Any work undertaken will be charged on a labour, and material basis. This is applicable to minor works only, as estimates will be provided for any major works.

Nursery services.

For families with young children we can supply the following items, which may save you additional luggage, and inconvenience.

Cots.
High chairs. 
Push chairs.
We are also happy to provide a baby-sitting service at your request.

Maid service.

Should you decide that you require this service during your holiday we will only be too pleased to arrange this for you, it would be appreciated if you could advise us of your requirements at the time of making the booking, so that we can plan in advance.

Garden maintenance.

We have staff that will attend to, and carry out the essential maintenance, and watering, as required

Property insurance.

We can arrange for immediate property, and contents insurance on receipt of your requirements. Alternatively we can obtain for you without obligations, comparative prices at the time of renewal.

Property letting.

If you wish us to rent out your property, our commission will be 15% of the total letting price, plus all services incurred.

Telephone Fax services.

Whilst on holiday if you should need to keep in contact with family or work the above facility is available.
