PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & SERVICE COST

Be assured that your property here in Mojacar, Costa
Almeria, Spain is secure and in safe hands while you are away. We
provide a professional property management service.
Management service
Regular inspection, and security visits of your property advising any
defects, obtaining quotations for major items, and effecting repairs of
minor items.
To check the electrical, gas, and water services are functional.
Collecting mail, and holding it in our office, or redirecting it to you
when it accumulates.
This fee is to be paid annually in advance on 1st May each year.
Reception
We will prepare the Villa, or Apartment with a thorough clean of the
property, which includes the windows, and patios then check that all the
lights are serviceable.
Cleaning & Laundry
We will also clean your property and supply fresh laundry.
We naturally assume that people will leave the accommodation reasonably
clean, and therefore not carry out an after clean unless necessary, or
requested to do so.
Welcome packs
Welcome packs are purchased, and placed in the property on the day of
arrival upon request only,
A standard pack consists of ten items, water, fruit juice, coffee, milk,
sugar, bread, jam, butter, eggs, and toilet rolls.
Service accounts
In the event that you’re direct debits are not paid by your bank on
time, and the water or electricity are cut off, we will go to the
appropriate authority, pay the account, and arrange for the
reconnection.
Regrettably, it is not possible to calculate the exact amount of time
that is spent with the Sevillana or Galasa companies, there for the cost
is calculated on an average amount of time spent in Vera, plus the cost
of fuel.
Repairs
Any work undertaken will be charged on a labour, and material basis.
This is applicable to minor works only, as estimates will be provided
for any major works.
Nursery services
For families with young children we can supply the following items,
which may save you additional luggage, and inconvenience.
Cots.
High chairs.
Push chairs.
We are also happy to provide a baby-sitting service at your request.
Maid service
Should you decide that you require this service during your holiday we
will only be too pleased to arrange this for you, it would be
appreciated if you could advise us of your requirements at the time of
making the booking, so that we can plan in advance.
Garden maintenance
We have staff that will attend to, and carry out the essential
maintenance, and watering, as required.
Property insurance
We can arrange for immediate property, and contents insurance on receipt
of your requirements. Alternatively we can obtain for you without
obligations, comparative prices at the time of renewal.
Property letting
If you wish us to rent out your property, our commission will be 15% of
the total letting price, plus all services incurred.
Telephone Fax services
Whilst on holiday if you should need to keep in contact with family or
work the above facility is available.
